Every game is built from a task in the research literature. Its page says what the studies found, what they did not, and where to read them.

What it will not promise

It will not raise your IQ. No study has shown that games like these do, and the app says so.

Practice makes you better at the task you practise and at tasks close to it. Mnemonics work on lists. Sleep and exercise matter more than any game.

Each game's page says what the research shows and what it does not, with its sources.
